My client’s People Team helps everyone across the organization be their best at work.

The People Team’s consumers - my client’s team members - don’t always see it that way.

 

I worked with my client to better catalog the People Team’s service offerings, and organize + communicate them in a way that could enable people across the global organization to use the resources designed for them. Through the engagement, I reviewed extensive lists of the People Team’s products + services, conducted interviews with new + existing staff and talked with People Team leaders. From there, I created a map and menu of all People Team product + services to inform how the People Team talks about itself to the organization.
